About the organisation

In 2021-2022 "ICOMOS/Armenia”, the Armenian National Committee of the International Council on Monuments and Sites, with the support of the RA Ministry of education, science, culture and sport, implemented the “Wonders of Syunik” animated program about unique sights of Syunik region: Tatev, Hin Khndzoresk, Ukhtasar. 3 animated videos tell some rules for visiting monuments, which preschool and school age children should know before visiting heritage sites. The animated videos are bilingual - Armenian and English, have minimalistic, illustrative and colorful solutions, accompanied by Surdo translation.The program has an educational goal - to instill in the citizen a love and respect to the historical and cultural heritage from an early age, keeping the rules of behavior and ethics to care for, to keep clean, to preserve and protect the heritage that has reached us for ages.
