Project Title: “Sun Is Up” - Art and Cultural Education for Rural Communities

Objectives:

The “Sun Is Up” project aims to address cultural disparities by providing accessible art and cultural education to rural Armenian communities. By creating sustainable art programs, renovating spaces, and empowering local talents, the project promotes social inclusion, community-led initiatives, and cultural preservation.

Outcomes:

Over the past three years, the project has successfully:

Renovated and equipped spaces for pottery, embroidery, music classes and the librery (skills box).

Created 4 new jobs (pottery instructor, embroidery instructor, logistics manager, choire conductor).

Engaged 100+ students across various ages, fostering creativity and skills.

Hosted 11 concerts, 20+ workshops, and 12 dance festivals, reaching 350+ residents.

Promoted community leadership through collaboration with local municipalities in the contractual bases.
